Pakistan’s superstar Hania Aamir is facing allegations of demanding Rs2 million for appearing on a podcast.
During an appearance on Mathira’s show, podcast host and FHM Pakistan CEO Adnan Faisal claimed that actress Hania Aamir requested Rs2 million to appear on his podcast. However, he declined, saying that his platform does not pay guests for appearances.
“All celebrities are equal,” Faisal remarked, explaining that paying one guest would create an unfair precedent for others.
Discussing Pakistan’s drama industry, Faisal called for a much-needed transformation, urging content creators to move away from repetitive themes such as extramarital affairs and clichéd conflicts between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law.

“The industry needs fresh storytelling,” he stressed, advocating for a departure from outdated narratives. Faisal encouraged local writers and producers to take inspiration from global platforms like Netflix to enhance storytelling depth and production quality.
He stressed that young audiences are influenced by the content they consume, making it essential to introduce meaningful changes.
“If we want to shape a better future for viewers, we must revolutionize our storytelling,” he said.
