KARACHI: Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed has said that the incumbent government would decide better over the appointment of the chief election commissioner (CEC).
Addressing a presser in Karachi, Sheikh Rasheed said that the incumbent government will complete its remaining tenure of three and a half years.
Speaking about former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and former president Asif Ali Zardari, he said that he said he saw no future of both the leaders in the country’s politics.

Earlier the railway minister said that he did not see Zardari going abroad. He said Zardari was a director of Omni Group and involved in money laundering.
On 14th December, the railway minister inaugurated the shuttle train service from Lahore to Wahgah.He also announced to inaugurate shuttle train service between Lahore and Gujranwala.
He further stated that train service will soon be functional between Peshawar and Karachi as well.
