ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister’s special assistant Ataullah Tarar has reacted strongly on a controversial news about Ex-PM Imran Khan allegedly selling out costly gifts of Toshakhana at throw-away prices.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he warned the ex-prime minister that the federal government would take stern action against for selling gifts he received as the prime minister from Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman.
His comments came minutes after a joint presser by PTI leaders Fawad Chaudhry, Shireen Mazari and Zulfi Bukhari, in which the explained as to how a fictitious story based on Toshakhana was enacted by government and their media allies in order to defame Imran Khan.

Ata Tarar alleged that the Chairman PTI Imran Khan was a certified thief under the law, alleging that the former PM sold the watch for Rs350 million, but he deposited only Rs2 million in the national exchequer.
Ata Tarar claimed that Imran Khan did not declare the total quantity of gifts in the election commission.

Tarar asked, “Where are the gifts worth billions of rupees?”
He claimed that the federal government would soon file a case against Imran for selling the expensive watch , and that an arrest warrant against Farah Gogi would also be issued.
