KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori on Friday met with Mohajir Qaumi Movement Chairman Afaq Ahmed at his residence.
The Sindh governor was warmly welcomed upon his arrival at MQM-H chief residence.
During the meeting, the two leaders discussed the current political situation, the unification of the MQM factions and other matters pertaining to Urban Sindh.
It is pertinent to mention here that efforts were underway for the unification of all Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) factions.
While talking to media persons, the Governor said that he was on a mission to unite the people and he had started his efforts in this regard soon after taking oath as the Governor.
He said that the people of the city were looking towards them. He said that the discussion among different groups was a good omen.
Kamran Tessori said that the agenda should only be one of how to develop the city, adding that all stakeholders of the city would sit together and issue a statement.
