On Monday, June 30, 2025, gold prices in Pakistan saw a significant increase, reflecting an upward trend in the global market, as reported by national media on Tuesday.
According to data released by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the price of gold per tola in the local market rose by 800 rupees, reaching 350,200 rupees.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by 686 rupees, reaching 300,240 rupees per 10 grams. This increase came after a decline on Saturday, when the price of gold per tola had fallen by 1,600 rupees, closing at 349,400 rupees.
At the global level, the price of gold also recorded a slight increase, with the price per ounce rising by 8 dollars to 3,282 dollars, including a premium of 20 dollars.
On the other hand, there was no change in the price of silver, which remained steady at 3,782 rupees per tola. The current prices will remain in effect until this afternoon, after which new rates will be set.
