Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Monday, reflecting a downward trend in the international market.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola fell by Rs2,600, settling at Rs351,500. Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs2,228, bringing it to Rs301,354.
This drop follows a sharp increase on Saturday, when gold prices surged by Rs3,100 per tola, reaching Rs354,100.
In the international market, gold also saw a decline, falling by $26 to $3,331 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged in the local market, holding steady at Rs3,508 per tola.
