Gohar Rasheed on existence of black magic in industry: ‘Have heard such things’

Actor Gohar Rasheed, who is currently playing the role of Daniyal in the drama ‘Laapata’, has addressed a controversial rumor during a recent interview.

During the interview, Gohar Rasheed opened up about actors doing black magic in the industry. He said that he has heard such things and it is mainly in females, whether they do this or not, but he has heard such news and incidents.

Rasheed said that rather than acknowledging their own shortcomings, actors start blaming others. “When they do not find any other thing they put the blame on magic. That’s an inside thing,” He asserted.

“Mostly people do not admit that I have not done hard work and someone else has taken it. I will put the blame on another person and if it is not justified they I will put it on black magic,” he maintained.

During the interview, Gohar Rasheed was asked what is that one rumor that made him laugh hard to which he replied that he was once called a homosexual. “In the starting when I was struggling, Even though I am still struggling, someone spread a rumor about me that I am gay,” Rasheed shared jokingly.

“No disrespect to any gender but one such rumor was floated about me,” he added. According to Rasheed, it made me laugh so hard and that’s the only rumor. He further added that he did not defend and never gave any explanation either.
