ISLAMABAD: Former finance minister Ishaq Dar has said that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) that was 1.2 percent in the Fiscal year 2020 was a big disaster.
The former finance minister in a tweet criticised the incumbent government that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s government must confirm or contradict High Profits’ GDP was 1.9 percent information against the government declared 3.3 percent for FY2019.
Imran Niazi Govt must confirm or contradict HP’s GDP 1.9% info against Govt’s declared 3.3% for FY19. If HP’s number correct, PTI must apologise to Nation for this serious cheating. HP further stated GDP 1.2% in FY20 which if true is another ‘Big Disaster’ on its way! pic.twitter.com/HnUNPgVbrG
