ISLAMABAD: A gang of robbers is allegedly involved in looting people by impersonating police and journalists in the federal capital.
According to sources the gang comprising a woman, two fake journalists and police. Citing the details of their crimes, sources said the woman blackmailed a trader and a case of adultery was registered against him.
The woman identified as Hasina Bibi, daughter of Taj Muhammad, a resident of Mohalla Qasimabad, Rawalpindi, registered a fake complaint to Golra Police Station on 19-10-2020 against a trader Fazal Rabi.
The woman while filing a false case in the police station said that Fazal Rabi took her to a bungalow to show her furniture and then raped her.
Sources said that the member of the gang, both the fake journalists and Hasina Bibi were allegedly dealing with the trader over money transactions.
While MM News called the concerned SDPO Syed Sajjad Haider regarding the issue the SDPO said that the investigating officer of the case has been called but the accused has not been arrested yet.
Sources said, “Hasina Bibi’s use to blackmail the common people with the help of these fake journalists and collect money from them”.
Citizens have demanded the top police officials to take action against the blackmailer woman Hasina so that people could not be victimized further.
