This year has been quite challenging for Hollywood as the industry recently witnessed its longest-ever strike.
However, Hollywood is now way past the troubles and is ready to give much-awaited titles in the year 2024.
As 2023 is coming to an end, let’s take a look at some much-awaited Hollywood movies:
1) Madame Web
The Spiderman spin-off ‘Madame Web’ has been helmed by SJ Clarkson and the movie stars Dakota Johnson in the lead. With the power of clairvoyance, she is responsible for protecting three women from danger while unravelling secrets from her past. Madame Web will hit the theatres on February 16.
2) Dune: Part 2
Director Denis Villeneuve, a visionary of science fiction, wowed viewers with Dune in 2021, a film regarded as one of the best cinematic masterpieces.
That raises the bar significantly for the follow-up Dune: Part Two, which is scheduled to be released on March 15 and stars Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya in the leading roles.
3) A Quiet Place: Day One
A spin-off prequel ‘A Quiet Place’, by Emily Blunt and John Krasinski will take fans of the impending horror franchise back to its roots this summer. It will shed light on the beginning of the alien invasion that devastated the world. A Quiet Place: Day One will be released on June 28.
4) Deadpool 3
Even before its release, Deadpool 3 has been doing the rounds on the internet. Directed by Shawn Levy, Ryan Reynolds in the lead alongside Wolverine fame Hugh Jackman. It is expected that the two protagonists will share a screen on July 26.
5) Joker: Folie à Deux
After the much-successful Joker, Joaquin Phoenix will once again reprise his role as the psychotic Arthur Fleck aka Joker in an intriguing sequel — Joker: Folie à Deux. Joker 2 will hit the big screens on October 4.
