Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has been facing backlash for accompanying his umbrella bearer to welcome his Russian counterpart.
Yesterday, the Russian foreign minister arrived in Islamabad on a visit to Pakistan where he was received by Shah Mahmood Qureshi. However, an interesting situation was observed during the reception when the Russian foreign minister came out of the plane he was holding his own umbrella while FM Qureshi had people who performed the task for him.
As usual, such unusual moments never go unnoticed by social media users, it caught their attention and netizens decided to school the minister:
