The President of Pakistan has approved the Finance Bill for the next fiscal year 2025-26.
The sources said the process of approving the budget for the new fiscal year has been complete after the President’s signature.
The budget for the new fiscal year will come into effect from 12 midnight tonight i.e, the start of July 1, 2025.
After the signing of Finance Bill 2025-26 by the President of Pakistan, various tax measures will be implemented.
It is to be noted that banks will remain closed today for public dealings.
