ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue on Friday froze the bank accounts of well-known singer Meesha Shafi.
As per details, FBR has frozen Meesha Shafi’s accounts in Faisal Bank branch in DHA-Z Block. Misha Shafi was a defaulter of 2.1 million rupees in income tax.
The action was taken on the account of not declaring the property that the singer bought in DHA in 2015 as a part of her assets. The property was registered in FBR under the name Meera Parvez Shafi.
