JUI Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has stated that his party does not support the banning of any political party and insists that the current government should resign.
In a media briefing in Khanpur, Maulana Fazlur Rehman expressed concern over recent events in Islamabad, noting that they were regrettable.
He also mentioned that there is a lack of information regarding the 27th constitutional amendment.
He indicated that there is currently no effective government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and dismissed the notion of banning any party or imposing Governor’s rule in the country.
When asked by a journalist whether Donald Trump would release the founder of PTI, Maulana Fazlur Rehman responded that it is not appropriate for Trump to make decisions regarding Pakistan. He emphasized that external influences hinder the ability to conduct local politics.
