The Board of Secondary Education Karachi has announced the dates for the class 9 and 10 exams, as reported by national media.
According to the board’s notification, the 9th and 10th grade exams will begin on April 8. The notification states that a total of 375,000 male and female students will take the exams, for which 499 examination centers have been established. The list of centers has been published on the board’s official website.
On the other hand, the board chairman stated that computerized online admit cards have been issued to the students, according to a report by Geo News on Monday.
According to the board notification, carrying mobile phones or any kind of device into the examination centers is strictly prohibited.
It is worth mentioning that 9th and 10th grade exams are considered extremely important for students across the country, including Karachi, because many students who are unable to continue their education after matriculation take up small jobs to bear their own educational expenses.
