Dubai’s flagship carrier Emirates has unveiled its first experiential travel store in Karachi, marking a significant milestone as the airline’s inaugural retail concept in West Asia.
Located in Sky Tower, Karachi Towers, on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue in Clifton, the 183-square-meter store offers cutting-edge, technology-driven immersive experiences.
In a statement, the airline highlighted that the store allows visitors to explore its latest inflight offerings and destinations within its extensive global network. On-site staff are available to assist customers with trip planning, ticket bookings, and travel preferences.
The store was officially inaugurated by Essa Sulaiman Ahmad, Emirates’ Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations, West Asia and Indian Ocean, alongside Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi, the UAE Ambassador to Pakistan.
“Karachi was one of Emirates’ first destinations when we began operations in 1985. Selecting this city for our first Emirates Travel Store in West Asia reflects our enduring commitment to Pakistan, where we operate five gateways,” said Ahmad during the launch event.
The store features self-service kiosks, a selfie mirror with customizable backdrops showcasing popular Emirates destinations, and a curated range of exclusive Emirates-branded merchandise and travel accessories.
