QUETTA: The second wave of coronavirus is raging during which the Balochistan government has decided to close educational institutions for three months from December.
According to details, the examinations will be completed before the winter break as per the decision of the provincial government. Balochistan Education Minister Yar Muhammad Rind said that educational institutions in cold areas of Balochistan will be kept closed for three months.
According to Yar Muhammad Rind, educational institutions will remain closed from the first of next month for the next three months to protect students from the coronavirus.
Following the Gilgit-Baltistan elections, it has been decided to close SOPs from 17th to 23rd November against the educational institution coronavirus, but no decision has been taken by the Sindh government and other provinces on holidays in November or December.

It may be recalled that earlier during a meeting chaired by Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood, holidays were proposed in educational institutions across the country from November to January.
A meeting of all provincial education ministers chaired by Shafqat Mahmood was held in Islamabad yesterday to discuss the rising cases of coronavirus and the situation in educational institutions.
