HONG KONG: The new research has stated that drinking coffee was beneficial for bones as the beverage helps strengthen it.
According to research conducted in Hong Kong, the 564 adults upon being divided into 2 groups, showed one group presented the coffee drinkers and the other were the ones who were alcoholic.
The results revealed that the quantity of mineral was significantly higher in the bones of the group of coffee drinkers as compared to the other group.
The research further claimed that the habit of drinking coffee was connected to increased bone density.
Sipping coffee in reasonable amounts is one of the healthiest things a man can do as it is considered a healthy beverage that reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes type-2. It also promotes weight loss by boosting metabolism and aiding appetite control.
