Did you know Hajra Yamin was rejected by Green TV?

Actress Hajra Yamin has been ruling the screens because of her critically acclaimed projects such as ‘Wonderland’, ‘Jindo’ and ‘Shanaas’.

However, according to the actress, at one point, Green rejected her for a character in Shanaas and she has revealed it now.

Talking to Fuchsia magazine, Hajra revealed that she always wanted to work with Yasra Rizvi but things never worked out. Finally, she got an opportunity in Shanaas and Yasra wanted to cast her but Green TV denied it.

Hajra revealed that she had done too many projects with Green at that time and they did not want to put her in one more.

Yasra Rizvi and Hajra however, were able to convince the management and production staff and she was finally cast in Shanaas.

Hajra Yamin made her film debut with a supporting role in Maan Jao Na (2018). She later appeared as a leading lady in Pinky Memsaab (2018), which earned her a nomination for Best Actress at Lux Style Awards.
