Actor Ahmed Ali Akbar has left the audience speechless with his acting in recent episodes of the drama serial ‘Parizaad’, surprisingly, he was not the first choice as the protagonist.

For those who do not know, Parizaad is a drama with initials episodes, which already getting good ratings airs every Tuesday on Hum TV featuring multiple A-list actors. In a recent interview, the writer of the serial, Hashim Nadeem, spilled the beans on casting lead actors, according to which, Ahmed Ali Akbar, who is now playing the main leading character of Parizaad, was not the first choice for this casting.

However, after the drama aired and the character of Ali being loved by the audience, the director was quoted as saying, “Ahmed Ali Akbar proved himself as the ultimate choice for the role of Parizaad.”

Moreover, Usha Shah was also not the first choice for the role of Naheed in the drama serial instead actress Neelam Munir was supposed to play Naheed’s role. Directed by Shehzad Kashmiri, the drama cast includes Ahmed Ali Akbar, Kiran Tabeer, Ushna Shah, Tania Hussain, Urwa Hocane, Nauman Ijaz, Yumna Zaidi Saboor Aly, and Mashal Khan.
