ISLAMABAD: Sessions court on Saturday fixed the date for indictment of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill in the sedition case.
The Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra fixed November 22 as the date for indicting Shahbaz Gilll on the charge of inciting sedition in institutions.
In this regard, copies were distributed to Shahbaz Gill and other suspects during the previous hearing.
It should be noted that Shahbaz Gill is on bail in the aforementioned case.
Gill and others were booked in the FIR over former’s controversial remarks in a television program.
Gill was arrested in Islamabad following his controversial remarks allegedly about the army during an ARY News bulletin.

He had approached the IHC for bail on September 2, after a district and sessions court dismissed his plea for post-arrest bail.
The then IHC Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah took up the plea and approved Gill’s bail after hearing arguments from both sides.
The IHC CJ remarked that the armed forces were not so weak that someone’s irresponsible statements would affect them.
He added that in no way could Gill’s irresponsible statements be justified.
