Comedian Kapil Sharma reveals reason behind his show going off-air

Comedian turned actor Kapil Sharma has just revealed the reason behind ‘Kapil Sharma Show’ being temporarily off-air.

There were news circulating on social media of the famous Indian comedy show being shut down. However, now Kapil Sharma himself has revealed that he is doing this due to his wife’s pregnancy.

As per Sharma, his wife Ginni Chatrath is pregnant for the second time and he is closing the show for a while to spend time with his wife. He spoke to his fans on Twitter via #AskKapil and unveiled the news.

Answering the question about his show, Kapil wrote, “I need to be with my wife to welcome our second baby.” Kapil is going to be a father for the second time and his, he decided to stop the show and decided to spend time with his wife. Kapil and Ginni got married in 2018 and welcomed their first child–Anayra- in December 2019.
