On the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has announced financial assistance for imprisoned workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
According to Express News, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa declared that PTI-affiliated detainees would receive support during the festive season. Specifically, those imprisoned in Bannu Jail were each given Rs. 50,000 as financial aid.
Importantly, this assistance is being personally funded by Ali Amin Gandapur himself, and not from the government treasury.
