KARACHI: On the directives of Barrister Murtaza Wahab, Sindh Law & Environment Adviser, “Cleaning drive” has launched in North Karachi Industrial Area on an emergency basis, which was requested by North Karachi Industrial Development & Management Company (NKIDMC).
In the “Cleaning drive”, North Karachi town and Gulberg town are participating, which will last for a week. In the first phase, cleaning work is being carried out in Sector 6-B and Sector 6-C with the help of heavy machinery and sanitation staff.
According to NKIDMC, in a meeting with advisor Barrister Murtaza Wahab, the industrialists of North Karachi Industrial Area demanded that the industrial area should be cleaned on an emergency basis.

In response, Murtaza Wahab immediately issued directives at the spot to Deputy Commissioner Central Muhammad Bakhsh Dharijo and Municipal Commissioner Miss Sumera and ordered to start a clean-up drive in the industrial area on an emergency basis.
