ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khosa is scheduled to retire today from his post.
A full court reference will be held today in the honour of CJP Asif Saeed Khosa and dinner will also be given in honour of the outgoing Chief Justice of Pakistan.
Asif Saeed Khosa is the 26th and current Chief Justice of Pakistan. He took charge as Chief Justice of Pakistan on 18th January 2019. He joined the Supreme Court as a judge on 18th February 2010 and prior to that served as judge of the Lahore High Court.
He served as the CJP for almost 11 months. Justice Khosa did not take any suo-moto notice after becoming Chief Justice.
Asif Saeed Khosa was born in Dera Ghazi Khan. He belongs to Khosa tribe which is a Baloch tribe in Pakistan.
