As we know Feroze Khan and his wife Syeda Aliza Sultan have parted ways and filed for divorce and currently battling the custody of children.
The couple is officially divorced and a custody and rights battle is going on in court. Here are the official points of their custody case:
Aliza’s stance
- In the statement, Aliza had been physically and emotionally abused throughout the marriage.
- Her neighbours can testify in court that she used to scream when Feroze used to hit her.
- Aliza has said that during a scuffle her son Sultan also got injured.
- She even was threatened by Feroze’s family over calls back when she filed a complaint against him.
- Aliza has presented proofs including the complaint’s copy and her medico-legal certificate to the court.

Feroze Khan’s stance
- Feroze Khan’s request to acquire the custody of kids has been denied.
- The court will hear the children’s custody case on 1st November 2022.

The couple got married in 2018 and Feroze Khan and Alizah Shah their divorce was finalized on 3rd September 2022.
