Gold prices in Pakistan on Saturday dropped sharply by Rs 4700 per tola after a rising trend over the past few days.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, gold prices in the country have significantly declined by Rs. 4,700 per tola, bringing the new price to Rs. 301,500 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has dropped by Rs. 4,030, now standing at Rs. 258,487. Price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold dropped by Rs 3694 to Rs. 236955.
The price of 24 Karat per tola silver dropped by Rs 87 to Rs3363. Similarly, the price of 10-gram silver reached 2883 after a decline of Rs. 74.
Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices have fallen by $50 per ounce, reaching $2,883 per ounce.
It should be noted that earlier this week, the prices of yellow metal witnessed a significant increase, surpassing Rs. 300,000 per tola and reaching an all-time high in the country’s history.

As yesterday was a weekly off day, new gold prices did not open. The above rates will be in effect until 2 p.m. today. After that, the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association will announce new prices.
