ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Q National Assembly member Chaudhry Salik Hussain has been included in the cabinet of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Two days ago, after Asif Ali Zardari’s meeting with Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, it has been decided to include National Assembly member Chaudhry Salik Hussain in the federal cabinet.
Sources familiar with the matter said that Chaudhry Salik would soon take oath as Federal Minister. It may be recalled that the 34-member cabinet was sworn in on April 19. The PML-N has got 13 ministries and the PPP has been given 9 ministries. Four ministries were assigned to Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam and Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan.

Other coalition parties including Balochistan Awami Party, Pakistan Muslim League (Q), and Jamhoori Watan Party got one ministry each in the new setup. Two Ministers of State belong to the PML-N and one Minister of State belongs to the PPP.
