Bloodhounds’ South Korean actor Kim Sae-ron, well known for her role in The Man from Nowhere, was found dead at home in Seoul, the capital of the country.
According to media reports, she was 24 years old, while the police state that a friend discovered her body late afternoon on Sunday while trying to reach her and being concerned over her lack of response.
South Korean police state that the friend alerted authorities, “We have not found any signs of foul play as yet, but we are investigating the circumstances of the death,” a police official stated to the national media.
Earlier, the Korean actress Kim Sae-ron rose to prominence as a child actor, debuting in 2009 with A Brand New Life. She gained widespread recognition through her acting in The Man from Nowhere in 2010, which solidified her fame as a promising young actress.
She continued her acting career, starring in notable projects like The Neighbors in 2012, Hi! School-Love On in 2014, Secret Healer in 2016, and most recently Bloodhounds on Netflix in 2023. She attempted to return to acting through a stage play in April 2023 but had to withdraw due to health issues.
