Blake Lively has filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, accusing the actor and director of sexual harassment. Lively claims that Baldoni not only harassed her but also launched a smear campaign against her, causing significant emotional distress to her family.
According to some media reports, Baldoni’s representatives have strongly denied the accusations, labeling them as “categorically false” and suggesting that Lively’s actions are part of a “desperate attempt to fix her negative reputation.”

The lawsuit details a series of demands Lively made during the production of It Ends With Us, including requests to avoid nudity, refrain from discussing Baldoni’s alleged past addiction to pornography, and stop making inappropriate comments regarding weight and genitalia. She also demanded that Baldoni not make last-minute changes to intimate scenes. Sony Pictures reportedly approved these requests.

Baldoni’s team responded with a statement claiming that Lively’s accusations are intended to damage his and the studio’s reputation, citing claims of fabricated negative stories planted by Lively’s team even before the film’s promotion began. The statement further criticized Lively’s behavior during the production, alleging threats to not attend the set or promote the film unless her demands were met.
