Indian capital Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has refused to appear before the Enforcement Directorate for investigation for the third time, as Aam Aadmi Party claimed that BJP wants to stop us from the election campaign.
According to the details, AAAP aka Aam Aadmi Party’s State Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the notices sent by the Enforcement Directorate to Arvind Kejriwal were not only illegal but their purpose was political.
Questioning the timing of notices, Saurabh Bhardwaj said that Lok Sabha elections are near and BJP is using ED to stop Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from campaigning and arresting him.
Senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party Saurabh Bardwaj said, “We sought an explanation from the ED as to why the Chief Minister is being summoned. Because they are neither accused nor witnesses. The accused has been in jail for 1 year.”
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the Enforcement Directorate has not yet collected evidence against the accused and now they want to arrest Arvind Kejriwal. “BJP is using agencies to target the opposition,” he said.
