If you are a beneficiary of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) over the past three years, you need to undergo a fresh survey by June 30, 2025 to continue receiving support under the Kafalat program.
The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has issued a final warning that quarterly payments will be suspended after the April–June 2025 installment for beneficiaries who fail to complete the required survey by June 30, 2025.
How to Complete Registration for the BISP Survey 2025
Beneficiaries are required to visit their nearest BISP office before the deadline with the following documents:
- A valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Children’s B-Form (birth certificate)
- An active mobile phone number for communication purposes
Upon visiting the office, a data entry operator will complete your registration form and obtain your signature. Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation message from 8171, confirming your eligibility and payment details.
BISP strongly urges all beneficiaries to complete this process promptly to ensure uninterrupted financial assistance. Timely participation in the survey not only safeguards the entitlements of eligible families but also reinforces the broader social protection system in Pakistan.
