Back with positive energy and negative result: Nida Yasir

KARACHI: TV host Nida Yasir, who recently recovered from the coronavirus, has expressed that she is back with positive energy and negative result.

The host who along with her family earlier contracted the virus posted a picture on Instagram from the set of her morning show. While wearing a tangelo color, Nid Yasir captioned her snap, “I am back with positive energy and negative result.Alhumdullilah.”

Talking about the ongoing pandemic, she while hosting the show said, “2020 is not about succeeding, it is about survival.” 

“I used to tell my sister that there is so much hoo-ha about the coronavirus, no one close to us has been tested positive,” she said. by adding “And we did not really think of getting tested since I really did not have any symptoms of the virus as I was doing a live show till the very last day.”

Nida went on to share that her whole family tested for the virus and her, Her husband  and daughter Yasir, and Sila were the only ones positive.

She became emotional while sharing how she could not meet her son during the isolation period, “The hardest thing was to not be with my son. He’s so young, he would be crying and I could not go and hug him. We only waved hands from a distance. “
