KARACHI: Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam has announced to educate 250 students to celebrate Pakistan’s historic win against India.
“I want to celebrate by educating 250 deserving students through Noon, the leading edtech platform This is dedicated to my father and role model, Muhammad Azam and Saya Corporation,” he said.
The cricketer has partnered with an organisation Noon to announce the scholarship for deserving students worth Rs2 million. He has dedicated the programmer to his father Muhammad Azam.
Pakistan scored a historic victory against India in their opening match of the ongoing T20 World Cup. Babar Azam was one of the leading scorers as the team crushed India by ten wickets.

Earlier this month, Babar Azam has launched scholarships programmes for deserving and underprivileged children The right-handed batter along with his father Muhammad Azam attended an expo regarding O-level online education, organised by a private educational institution.
On the occasion, the cricketer announced the Muhammad Azam Scholarship in the name of his father for deserving and underprivileged children. “The future belongs to online education. Children should pay full attention to education so that they can become successful people,” Babar Azam said.
