ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to PM on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has appreciated the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for reducing Capital gain Tax on the property to one percent.
Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the property witnessed a decline from 2 percent to 1 percent.
Awan further said that the incumbent government was taking multiple initiatives to resolve the real estate sector problems of the country. The system was being carried out to ensure transparency in transactions, she added.
She said that the Construction Industry Development Board was being constituted which would prove to be a milestone in a resolution of the problems of this sector.
According to her, Prime Minister Imran Khan intended to provide shelter to every poor person of society.
Earlier on Sunday Awan said that only the prime minister had the ability to change the system. People want change in the system and stand along Imran Khan for fulfilling the dream of Pakistan, she added.
She assured that Khan’s struggle for Pakistan was in the final stage.
