KARACHI: Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell (AVLC) police have arrested the ringleader of a gang that snatched a Revo vehicle and recovered it.
According to AVLC police, a Revo vehicle, jammer, a pistol and a hand grenade were recovered from the possession of arrested accused Hassan Ali Bhayo.
AVLC officials while briefing the media about the details said that Ali Hassan Bhayo, a leading accused of Bhayo group who snatched dozens of Revo vehicles from Karachi, has been arrested. A vehicle which was snatched from District Central has been recovered from the possession of the accused.
The accused has made very important revelations and said that people from Balochistan come to Karachi in different vehicles and walk around, we snatch the vehicle after targetting it.
The suspects also use a jammer to disable the tracker. Hassan Bhayo son of Ghulam Shabir Bhayo.
1: Vehicle No. KW-2425 Toyota REVO which was snatched from Gulberg police station area.
2: The case of exported arms hand grenade is registered under charge number 820/2021 under section 4/5 of the Explosives Act r / w 7ATA Shahrah-e-Noor Jahan police station.
3: The case of exported arms and pistol is registered under charge number 821/2021 under section 23 (i) A of Shahra Noor Jahan police station.
Raids are being carried out to arrest other accomplices of the accused and recover more vehicles. While further investigation is underway.
