SUKKUR: The local session court has extended the physical remand of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Khursheed Shah for 14 days in the assets beyond means case.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) presented Khursheed Shah before a session court as his remand expired today.
He was transferred to a session court in Sukkur in an ambulance from the hospital.

The NAB prosecutor pleaded to extend his judicial remand for another 14 days, which the court accepted.
On 27th October, the PPP leader was shifted to the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) Sukkur after he complained of chest pain.

He underwent an angiography procedure and the report diagnosed his three cardiac arteries was clogged due to the shooting blood pressure. The doctors handed over the medical report to the NAB.
On 18th September, the NAB arrested PPP leader Syed Khursheed Shah in assets beyond known source of income case.
As per details garnered, NAB Rawalpindi and NAB Sukkur jointly carried the raid to arrest Shah. The PPP stalwart was arrested from his house in Bani Gala.
Shah is facing charges of making assets amounting to Rs500 billion through illicit means.

He was arrested 18th September, the NAB arrested Shah in assets beyond known source of income case.
The NAB of Rawalpindi and Sukkur jointly carried the raid to arrest Shah. He was arrested from his house in Bani Gala.

Shah is facing charges of making assets amounting to Rs500 billion through illegal means.
According to the document, he faces charges of transferring an amnesty plot in Sukkur, Rohri, and Karachi.
