LAHORE: Singer Asim Azhar has refuted the rumours about a shoe that was thrown at him during a concert in Punjab.
A video recently went viral of a fan throwing that seemed like a shoe at the singer during a live performance somewhere in Punjab. The shoe missed Azhar but ended up hitting his unsuspecting guitarist.
In this regard, the singer made a video in which he appealed to everyone to stop bringing the incident into the spotlight.
In the video, the singer recreated the concert moment when he is hit with a ‘topi’ (cap), however, everyone has been making a fuss about a shoe being thrown at him.
The singer explained that he was only making the video because people are attacking the person who threw the projectile at him.
