Asif Zardari condemns 'spewing venom against state agencies'

ISLAMABAD: The President of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians Asif Ali Zardari has strongly condemned, what he called, “spewing venom against state agencies.”

In a statement available to media on Saturday, Asif Zardari alleged that ‘an individual has crossed every line to spread chaos in the country’.

That particular individual, he said, neither cared about the integrity of the country nor its institutions, adding that the only thing that individual could see was power.

The survival of the country depends on the survival of the institutions, said Asif Ali Zardari. He said “we will not tolerate any attack on these institutions.”

“Since 1947, we and our institutions have fought together against our common enemy and will continue to do so in future as well,” said Asif Ali Zardari, adding that this time, the enemy had attacked from within.

Asif Zardari said “we can never forget the sacrifices and martyrdoms of our Pakistan Army and will thwart the current enemy’s plot as well.”
