ASF recover bullets from passenger at Faisalabad airport

FAISALABAD:  The Airport Security Force (ASF) seized bullets from a Sharjah-bound passenger at the Faisalabad Airport on Saturday.

According to ASF sources, during the checking of luggage of the   Sharjah-bound passenger, Sajid six bullets were found from his possession at the Faisalabad Airport.

The ASF officials said the accused was handed over to the police for further investigation into the matter.

In another incident of the same nature, last month, bullets were discovered in the baggage of a woman n at the Islamabad airport. At least seven TT-pistol’s bullets were recovered from the possession of the woman Miraj Bibi.

However, the woman was allowed to board a Kuwait-bound flight (KU-206) after she told the officials that the bullets were erroneously placed in the luggage.
