Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, First Lady and Member of Pakistan’s National Assembly, attended the Global Women’s Forum in Dubai, organized by the Dubai Women Establishment.
According to a report by Pak Observer on Thursday, the forum centered on women’s empowerment and gender balance, drawing attention to the importance of fostering equality and leadership opportunities for women globally.
The event attracted approximately 6,000 dignitaries and advocates for gender equality. During a panel discussion, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari emphasized the significant role Pakistani women play in shaping the nation’s social, political, and economic landscape.
She also engaged in a bilateral meeting with Sheikha Latifa Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, to discuss potential collaborations between Pakistan and Dubai, particularly in the areas of culture and women’s empowerment.
Over the two-day forum, Aseefa engaged with Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Chairperson of the Dubai Women Establishment, discussing strategies to enhance women’s leadership and promote global cooperation for greater opportunities for women worldwide.
