According to a report by Indian Express on Saturday, Khatija Rahman took to X (formerly Twitter) to shut down the speculation, calling the claims ‘useless’ and urging people to stop spreading such rumors. She shared a now-deleted tweet, adding, “Please stop spreading such useless rumours.”

In November 2024, AR Rahman and Saira Banu who married in 1995, announced their separation with a joint statement. The couple expressed their sadness, stating, “We had hoped to reach the grand thirty, but all things, it seems, carry an unseen end…” They requested privacy and understanding during this difficult time.
Following the announcement of separation, their daughter, Reheema, took to social media to share her thoughts on “difficulties,” offering a message of hope and resilience.
According to Indian media (News 18) in November, in an Instagram story, Raheema Rahman posted a glimpse of a picturesque scene from her window and wrote in the caption, “After every difficulty comes ease. Your God will give you everything that brings you peace. This is the essence of life.”
