ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sindh President and Federal Minister Ali Zaidi has expressed sorrow over the blast at Anarkali Bazaar in Lahore.
The Federal Minister said that he was deeply saddened by the loss of precious lives in the tragic incident, adding that the enemies were once again trying to sabotage the peace of Pakistan.
Ali Zaidi said that anti-national elements were not digesting the rapid development of Pakistan, the enemy could never succeed in its nefarious intentions. He said that cowardly action could not demoralize Pakistanis.
The Federal Minister further said that Pakistan has made immense sacrifices for the eradication of terrorism, the security agencies will soon identify those responsible for the blast.

The initial investigation report of the Lahore bomb blast which took place in Anarkali area, earlier in the day, has been submitted to the Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.
As per the reports presented to Punjab CM, the blast exploded from a planted device. A 1.5 kg of explosive material was used in the blast. The blast took place in Lohari Chowk.
According to the initial reports, the blast damaged the building and eight motorcycles, injuring 29 people and killing two. The dead included Ramzan and Absaar. The blast occurred at 1:40 PM and at 1:44 PM an unknown person made a call to convey that the blast had taken place in New Anarkali.
