LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested senior journalist and TV host Imran Riaz Khan. His mobile phone and other belongings were seized.
Imran Riaz Khan’s social media team in their message on the social networking website Twitter said that Imran Riaz Khan has been shifted to an unknown location after being arrested by the FIA team.
Earlier, senior journalist and analyst Imran Riaz Khan was stopped by FIA at Lahore Airport. In his Twitter message, Imran Riaz said that his mobile phone and other belongings are being confiscated.

It should be noted that Imran Riaz Khan’s YouTube channel is followed by millions of social media users. Senior journalist Imran Riaz Khan said, “I will be arrested.”Â
It should be noted that earlier the police arrested Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed while a case was also registered against Sheikh Rashid.
Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed was arrested by the Rawalpindi Police from Murree Motorway between Wednesday and Thursday night and has been transferred to Aabpara Police Station in Islamabad.
