Actress Alizeh Shah, who often stays under strict scrutiny by the moral brigade either for her hairstyle choices or for accent, has finally addressed several controversies regarding her.
The Mera Dil Mera Dushman actress in a recent video on her Instagram account spoke that she sings songs for herself not to please others. The actress faced flak over singing Rahat Fateh Ali’s song ‘O Re Piya’ in an English accent.

However, in a recently uploaded video, Shah declared that all the criticism is baseless and there is no such accent. Alizeh also said that she sings for herself and for the people who love her. If people have any issue with her singing they can just leave, she ranted.
On the work front, the actress is all set to appear on the small screen again and will be starring opposite Khushhal Khan, who has made his debut with the web series Midsummer Chaos.

Alizeh’s drama serial, titled ‘Lekin’, is written by Aliya Bukhari and will be directed by Barkat Sidiki. It also stars Ali Rehman Khan, Javed Sheikh, Farhan Ally Agha, Waseem Abbas, Shagufta Ejaz, and Ismat Zaidi.
