The repatriation process of Afghan citizens continues. Approximately 5,000 more Afghan nationals, previously residing illegally in Pakistan, have returned to their homeland. This has increased the total number of returnees to 82,000.
According to details, another 5,446 Afghan citizens departed from Pakistan, comprising 1,241 men, 1,202 women, and 2,753 children. 310 families of Afghan nationals were transported in 153 vehicles.
Authorities state that a total of 81,974 Afghan refugees have returned to their country. Action to repatriate illegal residents, dispersed across various populations in Pakistan, will commence from November 1.
The caretaker government had warned non-citizen residents living illegally in Pakistan to return to their respective countries before November 1. Otherwise, they will face legal consequences.

Verification of documents for foreign nationals is also ongoing. Those who do not possess proper documentation will face legal actions. Holding areas and temporary camps have been set up for detained foreign nationals.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials have been assigned to the registration desks at the camps. Rare software has been linked to the Border Management Software at the registration desks. Authorities emphasize that legal action can be taken against those who shelter illegal foreign residents.
