Karachi court on Friday approved the bail of Afaq Ahmed, Muhajir Qaumi Movement (MQM), in both cases related to burning trucks in Lanhdi and Korangi.
The cases were heard in the Anti-Terrorism Court of Karachi. The court ordered Afaq Ahmed to submit surety bonds of Rs 100,000 each.
The police had arrested Afaq Ahmed in the two cases of burning Trucks. According to the police, 2 cases have been registered against Afaq Ahmed in Landhi and Awami Colony police stations, in which he was granted bail by the court.
However, On the other hand, after being granted bail in 2 cases, Afaq Ahmed was arrested in another case.
According to the lawyer, the police have arrested Afaq Ahmed in another case of burning dumpers. The lawyer said that Afaq Ahmed has been arrested in a case registered in Surjani Town police station.
