Adnan Siddiqui has drawn a realistic comparison between Indian movies and Pakistani dramas.
The actor appeared in The Mirza Malik Show where he talked the comparison and said, “Mere Paas Tum Ho was about a man who didn’t lie to the woman, the story was not ahead of time, these things do exist, also, Pakistani dramas are like Indian films, we can’t compete with Indian films they make films of an outstanding caliber likewise and our dramas are massive they can’t make dramas like us.”

He continued, “The reason is we have got very good training from PTV that’s why no one can beat our drama’s storytelling.” Earlier, Adnan Siddiqui spoke about the ‘misrepresentation’ of Pakistanis in Bollywood films. He slammed Mission Majnu over the look of the characters in the film, further writing.
Adnan took to Instagram to review Mission Majnu, and asked Bollywood to hire good researchers and do proper homework next time. “Or allow me to help. Make sure to take notes — no, we don’t wear skull caps, surma (kohl), tawiz (an amulet or locket worn for good luck and protection, common in South Asia); no, we don’t ask janab (sir) about their mijaz (mood); no, we don’t go around throwing adaab (greeting in Urdu).”
