SUKKUR: Accountability Court has ordered authorities to shift former railway minister Khawaja Saad Rafique to Services Hospital in Lahore as doctors had suggested a throat surgery.
Saad Rafique earlier underwent a medical examination at the Services Hospital where doctors recommended him to undergo throat surgery.
According to the report, there are medical problems in the right vocal cord of his throat. His throat is located in the right vocal cord at the location of the larynx, which doctors have suggested surgery.
Moreover, the Supreme Court will hear the bail petition filed by Saad Rafique and his brother Salman Rafique in the Paragon Housing case tomorrow. The hearing will be conducted by SC three-member bench consisting of Justice Maqbool Baqir, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Muneeb Akhtar.
