The much-awaited trailer of Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan-starrer Laal Singh Chaddha has been released.
The trailer was launched on Sunday at the finale of IPL 2022. This is for the first time a film trailer has been released during such a live cricket ceremony.
The trailer begins by introducing Aamir as a physically-handicapped boy. While society continues to tag him as ‘different’, it is his mother (played by Mona Singh) who makes him believe that he can do whatever he wants.
The glimpse of the mother-son bond that the trailer shares is emotional and heartwarming. However, the trailer does not share much about Kareena Kapoor Khan and her chemistry with Aamir.
While details regarding Kareena’s character have not been revealed, it is for sure that she will have a romantic relationship with Aamir which will be followed by heartbreak.

In conclusion, Lal Singh Chadda might be a licensed version of Forrest Gump but looked like, based on the trailer, an unlicensed version of Tubelight.

lal singh chadda is made as ditto copy of forrest gump, almost frame by frame. I think most of the multiplex going crowd has already seen the original. Will they watch it again?

Fans of Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor rejoiced after watching the film’s first look. Others have mocked him for copying Tom Hanks in the hit film Forest Gump.
The film will release on August 11 this year with a stellar cast as Aamir Khan stars as Laal Singh Chaddha while Kareena Kapoor Khan portrays Manpreet Kaur (Chaddha). Sanjay Dutt and Mona Singh will be seen in the project as well.
